Mr Boom – the children’s one man band from the moon - is known to a whole generation of Scottish children through performances in schools, science festivals, community events and theatres over the past three decades and also through his television appearances on “Over the Moon” – a BBC2 Education programme, broadcast in the 1990’s. Fans from the early boom days are now bringing their own children along to join in his highly entertaining yet educational show. Five of Mr Boom’s cosmic pals - The Hedron Robots - will be arriving to join in the fun. Through song, dance and musical games, Mr Boom presents young minds with a mini Cosmology. . . "I'm not gonna lie that was the best hour ever....genuinely the most entertaining show I've seen in the science festival" (a recent Facebook quote from a young mum after Mr Boom's show at the Edinburgh Science Festival, 2019).
