About the event
The Clydeside Distillery is Glasgow’s first dedicated single malt distillery in over a century, housed in the beautifully restored pumphouse that once powered the Queen’s Dock swing bridge. Today, instead of hydraulics, it’s copper and chemistry that drive the process. Discover how grain, water, and yeast are transformed through fermentation, distillation, and maturation into a classic Lowland-style single malt Scotch whisky. Honouring generations of craft, the distillery team will reveal the artistry and the science behind creating Scotland’s most famous spirit.
